Coaching Program
My name is Stacy Anne Ramsey, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor
& Inner Transformation Life Coach
What is the critical difference between
counseling and coaching?
I am all about clarity, so let’s dive in and explore.
Counseling is optimum when it involves an underlying mental health issue or challenge not yet identified/diagnosed and prevents an individual from consistent self -regulation even with direction and support. Counseling has legal statutes that regulate access and communication between client and therapist; as well as state lines which dictate for whom I am able to provide services.
This exciting coaching program has the distinct advantage in providing opportunities to work with individuals in an unlimited capacity not restricted by location! The coaching model allows regular weekly interactions in a group setting and 1:1 engagement with me, the coach, to provide ongoing support that the counseling model is not able to provide. The beauty of my specific program is the network of other like-minded women pursuing the same goals and learning the power in growing their community.
